Great leader
“We think of our people.” Why not think of people. Why the division?
😢 thank you for being here to pass on your word
Custer functioned with his ego, to the misfortune of his soldiers
I laughed so much. Your stories brought a smile to my face whilst allowing me to hear my Ancestors whisper their lessons through your story telling. Thank you for holding the sacred fire and keeping the stories alive. Chi-Miigwetch

White peoples. I think we was wrong, and I am personally sorry. They just greedy!!! I send my love to Mother Earth.
All the national parks , stuff we haven’t messed up to bad. I think they should give back.
Great lessons are to be learned from native tribes ,anywhere on this earth ...man is definitely the biggest predator that exists : capable of doing great things but also capable of doing horrible things..😢
How old is this story? What is the oldest reference to this exact story? Because it proposed Plate tectonics before plate tectonics was ever discovered if it's truly old. Can someone help me find the age of this story?
I am an agnostic brazilian who likes to learn different outlooks on philosophy and religion, and this man and Lakota stories really spoke to me. So comforting and as someone who's more skeptical, it also sounds scarily accurate by scientific terms. Oral story traditions are so powerful and should get the recognition they deserve.
Interesting to hear these stories.
Thank you.
So interesting, fascinating.
❤
its all in your own perception of life and your surroundings. its about levels of awareness. its about the path of least resistance. its about the source of the phenomena we cannot perceive. be a pattern among patterns, blend in for harmony, mix vigorously for additional chaos. its all about mindset, if you choose to be a slave, you will be. if you choose to be free, you will be. in our age, blending some planning with peroids of no planning may be a way to achieve a balance. when value systems migrate, life changes in the destination area.
Didn't the Lakota steal the Black Hills from other people?
There are No Galaxies, the Moon just appeared one day, the Sun is 34 miles Wide with the Dome. The "Universe" is the Sacred Water, Land , and Air, Air Being Thin Water, and Everything may be a State of Water. Earth is an Anagram for Heart being one of the 178 Domed Worlds within the Great Dome and Obviously the Heart of the Sacred Elements Universe as is Located as Such. i will always love my great uncle and pass on the bullhead name, even when he’s gone <3
To all you ignorant white fucks out there, this is not entirely true.

I am German and I have Tears in my Eyes Everytime i hear of Tasunke Witko. He Defended his people and his country so hard. At the end they murdered him. The man they never been able to win against him in just only one fight.
Mala was a right moaner, just complaining about everything haha, but if he’s complaining it wouldn’t be an equilibrium, balance, sincronicidade between all things, I supposed
I'm a twice bereaved Maternal Grandson. I encountered bitter heartbreak, during the Deadly Coronavirus Pandemic (Late January 2021). I lost both my Maternal Grandfather and then my Maternal Grandmother (in the same week). My inner Crazy Horse came after seeing the My former PM with his stupid smug grin. My rage poured out because I want vengeance.
I'm not sure what to say other than i hope i still have my books by ac ross somewhere
No need to be cold. Is this why everyone to everyone vote for white house.
Not true. Its just making words for our elder Leonard Peltier by white poeples that are so cold . No men should be murder by government humen.being .
I am so thankful for Iktomi stories. They are wonderful and important to teach children, and they still make me smile after a lifetime of occasionally running into the Iktomi inside myself.
The winner takes the land. It is the way of peoples the World over. As an old White European man I say this: Our forefather's great crimes will forever be our deep shame. I have spoken.
My heart hurts to hear this story. Wind In Her Hair.
Airborne! All the way!
Missing you so much Jace.
Captivating. I could listen to these elders all day ❤️

What a beautiful project. Thanks for sharing this. I'm mostly here to learn more about Native American culture. This page has been great source of inspiration for my work. I love how they pass knowledge through story telling.
What a wonderful human being...id be proud to have you as a grandfather.....if you ever reads this ..i love your soul.
Crazy Horse was so incredible that words can’t describe. I think you had to know him or meet him to understand. He was great. But that’s just it. Was. I’d like to see some young men come up to aspire to be just as great and make their mark !! Woman also. Stand up- Be Proud and make a legacy !!
I have Native American ancestry. My family told me i have Mi'kmaq and Iroquois bloodline. My great grandfather was half Native American half French. Sadly, i didn't learn much about my Native American ancestry. My grandmother's cousin told me we were realated to a war chief of the Mi'kmaq people. People misunderstand the meaning of the war chief. I learned that war was the last final option if civil and peaceful resolution were not followed. The war chief gathered a council, then when agreement was made and agreed, theyd go to the enemy to try to come to a peaceful resolution. War was the last and final option and had to be agreed to by the council. My ancestors had a funtional way and civil way of resoltion long before settlers came.
A'ho!
I had a dream of them returning to planet earth...their ships looked like the wall petroglyphs. They came at night and where hovering over the earth in the sky lit up like plasma blooms.
