How old is this story? What is the oldest reference to this exact story? Because it proposed Plate tectonics before plate tectonics was ever discovered if it's truly old. Can someone help me find the age of this story?

I am an agnostic brazilian who likes to learn different outlooks on philosophy and religion, and this man and Lakota stories really spoke to me. So comforting and as someone who's more skeptical, it also sounds scarily accurate by scientific terms. Oral story traditions are so powerful and should get the recognition they deserve.

its all in your own perception of life and your surroundings. its about levels of awareness. its about the path of least resistance. its about the source of the phenomena we cannot perceive. be a pattern among patterns, blend in for harmony, mix vigorously for additional chaos. its all about mindset, if you choose to be a slave, you will be. if you choose to be free, you will be. in our age, blending some planning with peroids of no planning may be a way to achieve a balance. when value systems migrate, life changes in the destination area.

I'm a twice bereaved Maternal Grandson. I encountered bitter heartbreak, during the Deadly Coronavirus Pandemic (Late January 2021). I lost both my Maternal Grandfather and then my Maternal Grandmother (in the same week). My inner Crazy Horse came after seeing the My former PM with his stupid smug grin. My rage poured out because I want vengeance.

I have Native American ancestry. My family told me i have Mi'kmaq and Iroquois bloodline. My great grandfather was half Native American half French. Sadly, i didn't learn much about my Native American ancestry. My grandmother's cousin told me we were realated to a war chief of the Mi'kmaq people. People misunderstand the meaning of the war chief. I learned that war was the last final option if civil and peaceful resolution were not followed. The war chief gathered a council, then when agreement was made and agreed, theyd go to the enemy to try to come to a peaceful resolution. War was the last and final option and had to be agreed to by the council. My ancestors had a funtional way and civil way of resoltion long before settlers came.

I had a dream of them returning to planet earth...their ships looked like the wall petroglyphs. They came at night and where hovering over the earth in the sky lit up like plasma blooms.
